Property Acquisitions Manager
First Urban are expanding its acquisition programme and require a new member of the team to spearhead this focus, based at our offices in West Hampstead.
Candidates should have 3-5 years’ experience in the property sector with a proven track record of sourcing, negotiating and seeing through the acquisition process of purchasing properties with added value potential.
The company works nationwide, therefore the role will require travelling on a regular basis to various locations around the UK. Candidates must have the use of their own car, for which expenses will be covered, and a ‘clean’ UK Driving License.
The chosen candidate will work directly with the two main Directors of the company.
