Nightingale Quarter, Derby
First Urban have submitted an outline planning application for a major new scheme at the Nightingale Quarter in Derby. The application is for up to 500 homes plus ancillary commercial units on the site of the former Derbyshire Royal Infirmary Hospital. More detailed information will be available shortly.
