Project Manager / Planning Coordinator

First Urban seek an experienced project manager to take primary responsibility for overseeing and running multiple projects on a day-to-day basis, from inception, through planning & development stages, to exit & conclusion.

Candidates should have a minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in project management and/or planning coordination, and have the ability to assess, report upon and appraise new projects for viability and added value potential, provide concise reports and development/cashflow appraisals to colleagues and funders, and would preferably be a member of the RICS.

The company works nationwide, therefore the role will require travelling on a regular basis to various locations around the UK. Candidates must therefore have the use of their own car, for which expenses will be covered, and a ‘clean’ UK Driving License.

The chosen candidate will work directly with the two main Directors of the company.

Start Date, as soon as available.
